I just wanted to send you a quick note to say congrats on the launch. I thought the evening went really well - I certainly really enjoyed myself!

I think the concept is brilliant and just what our younger generation needs - an introduction in to charitable giving and knowing that there are wider issues in the world that we live in today.

I definitely feel there is scope to expand this to the teen generation too - what better way to inspire our younger population to get involved with both local and world issues. Let's hope in the future that the headlines are more inspirational rather than teen gun crime and stabbings.

My instinct is that this will really take off - I'll certainly be spreading the good word to all my friends who have families.

I also feel that once this takes off you'll find you have people coming knocking at your door to see how they can get involved - i hope so anyway.

I know only too well from working at Barnardo's how hard it is to try and get people to give - not matter how little amount it is. I think introducing this to children at a young age will certainly help charities in the future and inspire a generation of kind hearted young adults. It's not always about the large donations - I know I would rather have had 100 supporters donating small amounts rather than hedging my bets on securing that one big deal.
